Choir Tours Information

Concerts and Audiences

For over 32 years, we have built up an ever-increasing network of concert organisers and promoters, who are there to make your performances succeed. Additionally, every year we visit many destinations to find new venues, find new ways to publicise your concerts and make new contacts to open up even more opportunities for you. The variety of people we work with in resort ensures that we’ll always find a venue ideally suited to your style and standard of singing. We request the concerts for the time of day that we know will attract the biggest audience, and distribute our eye-catching publicity in advance of each performance.

In addition, we send out press releases to the local papers, "what’s on guides" and websites, and your courier will take additional handbills for on the spot publicity.

Couriers

We include a courier in the price of each tour: it simply makes your job as group leader much easier! They liaise with the hotel and concert venues, discuss your itinerary with the drivers and introduce your concerts. Many are musicians or sing in choirs and all speak the language of the country you are visiting (apart from the Netherlands and Belgium), leaving you free to concentrate on your performances and of course any associated excursions and social aspects of the tour.

24 Hour Service

Your talents combined with our knowledge, experience and up-to-date expertise come together to create a memorable and rewarding concert tour. Our small team of dedicated staff are a mixture of musicians and linguists, many of whom have worked in the destinations you’ll visit, and many of whom have sung in the venues that we can personally recommend to you. You and your concerts are the reason we’re in business, and we’re proud to be a tour operator that puts music at the forefront of what we do. You’ll have the personal attention of one of our specialist concert tour co-ordinators, who will be your primary contact point prior to departure. But it doesn’t stop there. As well as the on-tour support of your tour courier, there’s always 24 hour support available from our head office in the UK, where one of our senior staff is always on duty to assist if necessary.

Financial Security

Rayburn Tours are ABTA bonded and can therefore guarantee total financial security. Booking with an ABTA bonded company like ours ensures peace of mind and guarantees financial security in the unlikely event of financial failure. In addition, our air travel packages are ATOL protected, (we hold an Air Travel Organisers Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority) which further secures your investment when travelling by air.

6 Simple Steps to Booking

Step 1 – Enquire

Call or e-mail us and speak to one of our dedicated Concert Tour Consultants. They will walk you through the aims and objectives of your tour so that we may provide you with a bespoke tour quotation.

Step 2 - Quote

Once you have received your quote, it is important that you check all the inclusions carefully so that any amendments you require can be tailored into the quotation process.

Step 3 - Approval

Following quotation approval, if required we can provide you with the SMS Policies and Risk Assessments relating to your tour. We can also provide you with PowerPoint Presentations to present the tour to your group, fundraising ideas and concepts or even have one of our Tour Co-ordinators give a presentation to parents or party members to promote the tour.

Step 4 - Deposits

Set a payment date for group members to finalise their deposits.

Step 5 - Booking Completion

Once the deposits are in, raise a cheque for the total value of the 1st deposits, fill in the booking form and send them back to Rayburn Tours to finalise your tour reservation.

Step 6 - Plan your Itinerary

Following your booking confirmation a Concert Tour Co-ordinator will work closely with you to set the finer details of your itinerary, which will be tailored to meet the specific needs of your tour group.
