Band Tours to Lake Garda
A destination that can overwhelm the senses as spectacular mountain ranges meet the beautiful Lake Garda, all bathed in Italian sunshine. The Lake Garda region, nestled between Venice and Milan, provides an inspiring base for your band tour. Take a boat trip to the beautiful town of Malcesine and catch a cable car up Mount Baldo for spectacular views over the lake, or visit Verona and trace the origins of Romeo and Juliet. Many bands have enjoyed a trip to the ancient fortified town of Sirmione, where numerous restaurants, bars and markets provide a fantastic setting for an evening performance.
Where to Play
Situated in a stunning lakeside setting, Sirmione offers a truly amazing outdoor concert venue. With an electric atmosphere aided by the appreciative audiences who populate this charming medieval town and the renowned warm Italian welcome, a performance at this venue will leave your group with fond memories.
The Trentino town of Levico Terme offers a superb opportunity for visiting bands who are warmly welcomed to give concerts in the main square. The town has its own concert series throughout the summer, and the local town band will take part, along with a multicultural mix of visiting performers.
Hill towns of the Trentino region
Take your pick from the many hillside towns that pepper the area to the north of Lake Garda. A strong band culture means that the whole town will come out to welcome your band. These hillside towns offer fantastic scenery and are dubbed the ‘real Italy’ due to their un-spoilt beauty.
Amphitheatre in Garda
This purpose built lakeside amphitheatre is perfect for an evening performance. As tourists flock to the lakeside promenade in the centre of the town, your band can serenade the night away. Arrive early for some souvenir shopping and an evening meal at one of the many restaurants before your performance.
Parco Pavese, Torbole
Parco Pavese in the town of Torbole offers a covered bandstand and good regular audiences. Our bands say it all: “an ideal venue, very memorable and the perfect finale to our tour.”
