Music and performance are the focal point of any concert tour - and we never forget it! We take time to realise your performance aims and share our first-hand knowledge of destinations with you. Our team is made up of linguists, musicians and former teachers, which helps us to understand exactly what you want from your tour and how to get it!

Itinerary planning

We offer a completely tailored service and work closely with you to build a tour that your performers will thoroughly enjoy. Our specialist consultants will advise you on the various options and, after finalising your performances, simply select the activities which appeal to your group. Then sit back, relax and we’ll make all the reservations.

Group leader support

Our aim is to make your role as tour leader as easy as possible and, throughout your tour preparation, you’ll have one to one support from one of our specialist Tour Co-ordinators. Once on tour, you’ll also have 24-hour emergency support from our head office in the UK.

Performance venues to suit you

The venues featured in this brochure have been selected to demonstrate the range of performance opportunities we can offer. We have long standing relationships with an unequalled range of venue organisers across the world, from prestigious cathedrals to warm and welcoming communities, and can therefore cater for all types of ensemble. We’ll ask for a recording to assess which venues would be most suitable for your group.

Attracting an audience

We’ll distribute eye catching publicity, advertise in local ‘what’s on’ publications and local press in advance of your performances. We’ll even supply you with extra fliers for you to distribute on the spot (or keep them for yourselves as a souvenir).

Couriers

We can arrange for a courier to accompany you on tour who will help with the practical arrangements as well as usually speaking the local language.

Discounts

We’re pleased to offer the following cash discounts to groups:

Early booking discount: book before 29th July 2013 and receive £200 off your final invoice, or book before 23rd December 2013 and receive £100 off.

Loyalty: we like to thank our loyal clients, so if you’ve travelled with us in the last 2 years, you’ll receive an extra £100 off your final invoice.

Leader’s family: we offer up to two, half price places for children of coach tour party leaders.

We don’t hide in the small print and understand the importance of being honest and transparent about costs – that’s why on each page you’ll find all our inclusions clearly listed. In addition, we pride ourselves on quality and never cut corners to lower our prices.

All our prices are correct at the time of going to press and are based on the accommodation, dates and numbers listed in the inclusions, at the most up-to-date rates. Please call us for a bespoke quotation.

Your Safety and Security

We provide you with a risk assessment handbook which will answer any safety related questions you or members of your group may have about your upcoming tour. For school music groups, the handbook will help you complete the specific safety information requested by your individual LA, saving you the time of collating this information yourself.

All accommodation that we offer to our groups has passed a full audit which comprises of Fire Safety and General Safety Criteria. All UK coach operators are audited and have strict guidelines to adhere to. In addition, we request confirmation that all foreign coaches comply with national transportation laws. We always use executive coaches for our international tours as standard.
