Youth Music Tours to the Lake District
For lovers of the great outdoors and breathtaking scenery, the Lake District is an ideal concert tour destination. Visit the house of the famous Lake District writer Beatrix Potter and take a relaxing boat cruise on Lake Windermere. St. Andrews, Penrith
This beautiful church is situated in the heart of this lively Cumbrian town and is happy to welcome all kinds of music groups both secular, classical and sacred. Groups would perform as part of a busy concert series to an enthusiastic audience. This is one of many lovely churches in the area which are open to accepting visiting groups for concerts.
Barrow-In-Furness Park Bandstand
This impressive bandstand is located in the middle of a large park in the centre of Barrow-in-Furness, a seaside town to the south of the Lake District National Park. Located next to the park pavilion, the facilities are very impressive and groups would be added to the schedule of events which are always well attended.
Lakes Leisure Centre
The main hall of the leisure centre, located centrally in Kendal, is an impressive concert venue which plays host to professional groups and entertainers. Known as one of the principal venues not only in Kendal but in the Lake District area, the entertainment team are used to regularly putting on events ensuring a concert here will be one of the highlights of your tour.
South Lakes Wild Animal Park
As well as visiting the park as an excursion, groups can perform on the large terrace overlooking the rhino and giraffe enclosures! Next to the restaurant and with a wet weather alternative, this really is a great place to perform to a guaranteed audience of park visitors.
