Directions from the M1 Junction 25
From J25, take the A52 to Derby, after 6 miles take the exit marked ‘The Wyvern / Pride Park’. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Derwent Parade. Continue along Derwent Parade straight over (second exit) the next 3 roundabouts which will put you on Locamotive Way. Take the second left onto Brunel Parkway, then take the first left and continue along Brunel Parkway. Rayburn House is located at the end of the road with parking available directly outside the front door.
Directions from the A38 (Northbound from Burton on Trent)
Follow the A38 north until you reach Markeaton Island, where the A52 crosses the A38. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Ashbourne Road, signposted City Centre A52. After approx 1 mile you will be forced to turn left into the one-way system onto Bridge Street. The road will continue round to the right turning into Agard Street, at which point you should move into the left hand lane in order to turn left at the traffic lights onto Ford Street. Go straight through a set of traffic lights into St Alkmund’s Way. Stay in the 2 right hand lanes and follow the ramp up to the right. As you come up over the ramp two more lanes will appear from the left, you need to move into the 2nd lane from the left, signposted for Pride Park. Continue over the railway bridge onto Pride Parkway. Go straight over the first roundabout and take the 3rd exit at the second roundabout onto Locomotive Way. Take the second left onto Brunel Parkway, take the first left and continue along Brunel Parkway, Rayburn House is located at the end of the road with parking available directly outside the front door.
Derby is just 20 minutes drive from East Midlands Airport, 1 hour from Birmingham and 90 minutes from Manchester. East Midlands Airport is served by most low cost carriers. Derby Airline Shuttle Provides links with Derby City Centre and Railway Station. The airline shuttle operates for 20 hours every day and departs every 30 minutes between 7am and 7pm (hourly at all other times).
