Tours Designed in Line with the National Curriculum
All our educational tours have been carefully designed to complement the National Curriculum and are suitable for studies from GCSE/Standard Grade up to AS/A2 and Higher Advanced Levels. You can rest assured that the key objective of all our tours is your students' educational needs.
Qualified Team
85% of our Educational Tours Department speaks at least two languages fluently including French, German, Spanish and Italian, meaning they are able to liaise directly with our international suppliers to ensure you get the exact tour you're expecting. Extra Support Whilst On-Tour
We can arrange for your group to be accompanied by a Rayburn Tours courier. In most cases, your courier will be fluent in the language of your chosen destination and will be on hand to ensure the tour runs smoothly, leaving you free to enjoy educating your students outside the classroom. All our Geography Tours can also be accompanied by a field study tutor who will have a background in geography teaching and will be able to lead the destination specific geographical input whilst in-the-field.

A Comprehensive Risk Assessment Handbook
We provide you with a risk assessment handbook which will help you when submitting the safety information requested by your individual LA, saving you the time of collating this information yourself. Many schools find that simply submitting our risk assessment handbook is sufficient for their particular LA.
Accommodation and Coach Operator Audits
Whilst on tour you will be able to contact a member of the Rayburn Tours team 24-hours a day, assuring that any issues that may arise will be dealt with efficiently.
History and Geography Tour Study Resources
Many of our Geography and History Tours can be enhanced with our on-tour resources. Our History Tour resources, iWitness, were launched in late 2011 and we have received some great feedback from our clients. Our Geography Tour resources, our Study Handbooks, are four-times award-winning, having been recognised by both the Geographical Association and the Scottish Association of Geography Teachers in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
