Costa Brava

The 12th century Old Town still preserves its winding medieval streets and the remains of its Roman Fortress curl protectively round the little old houses which snuggle in its shelter. The modern part of the town provides all the shops, cafés, evening entertainment and other facilities one would expect in a Mediterranean resort while the beaches are excellent for sunbathing and swimming.
