All clients travelling with Rayburn Tours have travel insurance (through Fogg Travel Insurance Services Limited) built into the cost of their tour.

Points to consider
Like any insurance document it is important that all members of the party read the Key Facts and policy carefully, paying particular attention to the paragraph on the disclosure of material facts and pre-existing health conditions of all persons on whom the travel plans depend. It is important to note that travel insurance does not automatically cover existing medical conditions.
After booking
Please ensure that all members of the party are given the web site link to the Key Facts and the Policy wording or given a copy at the time of their individual booking. Party Leaders must inform Fogg Travel Insurance 01623 631331 of any pre-existing conditions, to see if the insurance company can provide cover for the condition. If Fogg Travel Insurance is not aware of this, cover, especially emergency medical treatment and cancellation cover may not be guaranteed.
If you are unsure about any aspect of the cover provided, or your or any group member’s circumstances are such that you think the cover will not be valid, please contact Fogg Travel Insurance on 01623 631331 as soon as you become aware of this in order that they can discuss this with you.
