School Ski Tour Inclusions
At Rayburn Tours we have designed a choice of four package options that will allow you to choose an option best suited to your own group’s requirements. Essentially, these are as follows:
1. A Premium All-Inclusive Package
Or
2. A Standard Package
And each of these can be for:
1. 5 Day Skiing Option (8 day coach tour)
Or
2. A 6 Day Skiing Option (9 day coach tour)
The Premium All-Inclusive Package
In addition to the list below, our Premium All-Inclusive Package offers the following elements, which serve to make the experience of being in resort that much more relaxed :-
- Journey breakfasts - A continental breakfast served in a French motorway service station on the way out, and on the ferry on the way back
- Hot lunches on the slopes - Hot, sit down, snack lunches served in a restaurant adjacent to the pistes
- Ski Storage - Convenient, piste-side ski equipment storage
- Après ski programme - A four-event après ski programme, with other events (if required) offered at cost price
All Packages Include:
- Parent's evening, with slide show, information leaflet hand-outs and question and answer session
- Return executive, luxury coach travel (reclining seats, on-board toilet, DVD player, hot drinks machine, minimum forced air ventilation)
- Dover – Calais ferry crossing
- Comprehensive winter sports specific travel and medical insurance – with zero excess on medical claims for students under 18 years old
- Half board, en-suite accommodation in one of our accommodation options
- A full area lift pass for the duration of your ski tour
- Full ski equipment hire
- Minimum four hours instruction per day for each ski day
- A knowledgeable, experienced, decision taking resort representative
- One staff place for ten paying students on high season dates, one for eight on mid season dates, and one for seven on low season travel dates
- Refund of the cost of your group’s collective passport – if you tell us you have used one
- Subsidised places for family members of the group organiser
- No supplements for accompanying adults and reductions if no equipment hire or lessons are booked
- References from existing school group organisers, if required
- In the event of a student dropping out - free/minimal cost name change for replacement students
- ABTA bond that guarantees total financial security. In addition, air travel packages are ATOL protected
