The day started with a trip up the Empire State Building. Clear skies made for amazing views over the city, but it certainly was windy up there!
The afternoon was spent going behind the scenes of two great New York institutions; the business studies group had a historical tour of the famous Macy’s department store and the sports students went to Madison Square Gardens for an access-all-areas tour.
The day ended at the Pru Center where the students experienced the excitement of a NHL game which saw the New Jersey Devils beat the New York Islanders’ 3-2.
