Last updated: Jan 30th, 2019

The UK Choir Festival brings a unique singing experience to Manchester, Monmouth and St. Albans and with the newly appointed patron of Bazil Meade MBE, there is even more excitement surrounding the festival.

Bazile Meade has been working in the music industry for over 2 decades and is the founder and principal of the World famous ‘London Community Gospel Choir’. Under his direction and tuition, some of the industry’s finest gospel and R’n’B singers have blossomed and found successful careers. He was honoured with an MBE in the new year’s honours list in 2018.

“I am thrilled to be working with Russell Scott and the UK Choir Festival not only as Gospel Tutor, but as Patron. I hope to give support, calling on my decades of experience sharing the genre of music that has given purpose to my life.”

Produced by Producer & Musical Director, Russell Scott, the UK Choir Festival is designed for choirs of all abilities, ages and style, no matter whether you are a local community choir, a cappella choir, school or university choir, gospel choir, choral society or barbershop choir. The festival is non-competitive, but very much ‘hands-on’ for everyone to watch and learn from each other whilst being guided and developed by some of the best workshop leaders in the UK.

At Rayburn Tours, we are thrilled to sponsor this exciting event and look forward to sharing the UK Choir Festival updates with you right here!
