The Easter break has been and gone and we’ve swapped our skis for our shoes and returned to Rayburn HQ after another eggcellent (excuse the pun!) few weeks on the slopes with our groups.
Within our ever-growing ski department, these trips give our reps a chance to build on their knowledge of our fantastic resorts, deal with queries and requests and generally be on call for the school party leaders and teachers.
As we’ve mentioned in the past, while we’re away, we ensure the resorts are prepared for our groups’ arrivals throughout the week, make sure the hotels and ski schools are correct and, last but not least, try out our ski legs on the some of the beautiful runs (we are skiers, after all).
Not only do some of us have the pleasure of welcoming our first groups into resort, some of our reps even get to travel with them, making the coach journey the perfect opportunity to get to know each other.
