We’ve picked these destinations because they’re ideal learning environments for young geographers and perfect for fieldwork.
In North Wales, students can experience one of the best examples of glacial landscape in the UK. Down in Cornwall and the West Country, Cheddar Gorge is an excellent example to learn about the effects of water on the landscape, as well as land use and economic activity (not forgetting a visit to the Eden Project). Whilst in London, students can study urban change and regeneration, and even widen their breadth of study with a visit to the London Wetland Centre.
