As 2015 draws to an end, we thought it would be nice to have a look back on some of the highlights of the past 12 months. Whilst celebrating Rayburn’s 50th birthday, the ski team have been hard at work to make sure it’s been a year to remember for Rayburn Ski…
• Hello new destinations!
We introduced a new Italian resort in the pretty town of Madesimo, while the Western states of California, Utah and Colorado burst on to the scene with plenty of American attitude.
• Our resort portfolio expanded
We now offer 27 resorts in 5 different countries!
• Our feedback was incredible
97% of party leaders said they would recommend Rayburn Ski and 95% described our customer service as good or excellent.
• Our family got bigger
We now have a team of 11 friendly ski enthusiasts to help create your dream ski trip (that means a lot of ski talk in the office!). Why not meet the team?
• Our knowledge base grew
Our ski team have skied for a combined total of 119 years, visiting a whopping 209 resorts combined. Wow!
• We travelled… a lot!
We went on 39 ski trips to 14 different locations, skiing 1,799km of combined piste across the 14 resorts. Well, we do like to ski!
• Our passenger numbers were big
1,820 passengers in total.
• We educated
There were 7 attendees at our ASCL course and 21 attendees across two SCO courses here at our Derby offices.
We’d like to thank everybody who has travelled with Rayburn Ski in 2015, and all those who have a booked a ski trip for 2016. It’s been a phenomenal year for the company and we can’t wait to make 2016 even more successful. Roll on ski season 2016!
