We’ve come to understand that when planning a tour our clients need one point of contact, someone that understands their needs, can answer any questions, help them keep on top of admin, and ultimately provide a first-class service. But we don’t expect you to do this alone, that’s why the ‘Rayburn Machine’ consists of Tour Consultants, Tour Coordinators, operations, and logistics amongst other admin roles that form a production line to create a perfect tailormade tour.View current vacancies

Depending on the team you join, or the role you take on we will do our best to accommodate a work/life balance that works for you. Most of our team spend a couple days at home and a few in the office.
Ditch the ties and jackets, bring the jeans and jumpers. We are not primarily customer facing at Rayburn, so we want everyone to feel comfortable in their favourite hoody or T-shirt. There may be an occasion to don your glad rags, but that will be the exception, not the rule. Promise.

For most trips, we like to have certain team members accompany our groups to get hands on experience and valuable insight into the destinations, accommodation, and excursions. What this could mean for you? FREE TRAVEL. You could be trekking across the emerald isle of the Azores or gazing up at the northern lights in Iceland.
