Canillo

Welcome to the nursery slopes of Andorra skiing, where 4 carefully groomed trails include a comforting 100% blue to red runs. Also, there are 7 lifts to take you to the top point of 2560m where there’s a 2000 ft vertical drop to have a ski goggle gander at.

Plus, Canillo may seem short on piste action but that’s only because it’s conveniently linked with every other ski area on this list.

Encamp

Swerving runs ideal for intermediate to advanced skiers or snowboarders, Encamp offers 2 red runs topping out at 2060m.

And with 4 lifts to get top side and between all other ski areas, this resort offers sumptuous views of the surrounding Pyrenees.

El Tarter

So closely linked with Soldeu that usually the names are combined, El Tarter is a laid-back resort with 2 lifts and a top-side of 2591m.

And with entertainment hotel centred, the pistes are mainly for red to black run skiers.

Grau Roig

Scintillating, elegant and purpose-built, Grau Roig resort boasts 16 lifts, 29 pistes, a vertical drop of 590 metres and chances to cross-country ski.

Also, only a lift pass away with every resort in Grandvalira, you’ll find a ski area perfect for a tour group with mixed abilities.

Pas de la Casa

Woven into the fabric of Grandvaliria’s ski map, Pas de La Casa is a thumping resort with a great variety of gradients to keep all abilities happy.

There’s a halfpipe, terrain park, 15km of cross-country, 31 lifts, 55 blue to black pistes spread over 100km, 63 restaurants ,625 hectares and a high point of 2640m.

Soldeu

You’ve stumbled on an absolute essential of Andorra skiing here, as Soldeu’s numbers are almost as high as the mountains it sits in. So, let’s slide into them:

  • 62 lifts! That’s 7 gondolas as well as 25 surface and 30 chair lifts
  • 110 perfectly groomed pistes, with 70% blue to red and the remaining black
  • 809 stunning ski hectares
  • A top point of 2560m
  • 20 delicious restaurants
  • 1 halfpipe
  • And 3 breath-taking terrain parks

Plus, it’s enchanting principality views are all linked to other Grandvalira areas.

Grandvalira has over 1000 snow cannons to pepper those slopes. So, you can always sing along to super snow-covered lyrics.

Canilo is prime for beginners, Grau Roig is purpose-built for variety and Soldeu is a monster of Andorran ski possibilities – and that’s just 3 of 6!

There’s plenty to keep you coming back as there’s slopes ideal for every skill level. Plus, we have snow-sure relationships with established English speaking ski schools to keep every type of snow sporter learning something new.
