The countdown has well and truly begun! For Rayburn Tours and England Netball, this exciting festival has been years in the making, and we can’t wait to be there to see you and your students enjoy the whole experience, on and off the court!

And we would love to share the journey!

 

Our Promise: Safe, Secure, and Respectful

We treasure your memories, and we treat them with the utmost care. We know that trust is paramount, which is why we handle all shared images and videos under strict guidelines:

  • Your images will be used across our online and offline marketing—including our websites, social media channels, and printed material – to help inspire other groups to travel.
  • To ensure our marketing remains current and relevant, we will only store your images for a period of four years from the date of submission, after which they will be safely deleted.
  • Your privacy and safety are paramount. We work strictly within GDPR compliance frameworks.

    1. Photography and filming
    During your tour, authorised members of the Rayburn Tours and/or England Netball team may take photographs and/or video footage of participants as part of the trip experience.

    2. How images may be used
    Photographs and video footage may be used by Rayburn Tours for marketing and promotional purposes, including: Website content (rayburntours.com) Social media channels Marketing materials (digital and print), including brochures, newsletters and email communications Advertising and promotional campaigns, including paid advertising on third-party platforms (e.g. social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and similar services) Presentations and case studies

    3. Lawful basis
    We rely on consent as our lawful basis for using images for marketing purposes under the UK GDPR.

    4. Consent period
    This consent will apply for a period of up to four (4) years from the date the images are taken. If we wish to continue using images after this period, we will seek fresh consent before doing so. Where consent is not renewed, images will no longer be used in future marketing and will be reviewed and deleted in line with our data retention policy.

    5. Children and consent
    For participants under the age of 18, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. Where this form is completed by a group leader, I confirm that:

    • I am authorised to coordinate consent for the group
    • Appropriate consent has been obtained from each individual participant, or their parent/guardian where applicable
    • Records of this consent are held by the school or organisation and can be provided if requires

    6. Withdrawal of consent
    Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us at the email address above. If consent is withdrawn, we will stop using images in any new marketing materials and, where reasonably possible, remove them from existing digital channels. Please note that it may not be possible to remove images from materials already published, printed, or archived.

  • Terms & Conditions – England Netball
