Marketing Trip Photo Consent Form

Through recent communications with our operations and marketing team you have indicated that you are happy for our Marketing Manager and Creative Lead to join your group out on tour to capture, images and videos to use on our website and social media channels.

We aim on create a lasting memory for your school, students, and parents and in turn we will share the content with other schools, to share the immense benefits of children travelling out on tour as part of their secondary / higher education.

We understand that there may be a small number of parents who do not wish to give permission for their child and for this reason, no images or videos will be used or published until we are back in the UK, have edited the content we wish to use, shared it with you the party leader, and have received full sign off.

We would be extremely grateful if you could take a minute to fill out the photo consent form below.

Marketing Consent*
- I certify that I am happy for photographs or video footage that are taken by a member of the Rayburn Tours team to be used in marketing material produced for and by Rayburn Tours. Such marketing material includes brochures, newsletters, adverts, email newsletters, social media and our website, www.rayburntours.com. Photographs and video footage will not be used where a student or their parent has not given consent. The school will have sign off on the final edit of video footage and photographs used.
Consent*
- I confirm that any parental permission required as per our school’s policy will be requested. If consent is declined for any student, the school will work with Rayburn so that the student’s image does not appear in the final edit.
