    Concert Promotion Image Consent
    As part of organising your concert performance(s), Rayburn Tours may create promotional materials, such as posters, printed notices, or digital adverts, to help promote your concert locally during your tour.

    If you choose to provide an image (for example, a group photograph or promotional image), you confirm that:
    • You have obtained the appropriate consent from all individuals featured in the image, and from a parent or guardian where any participant is under 18.
    • You are authorised to provide the image on behalf of the group, school, or organisation.

    By providing the image, you agree that Rayburn Tours may:
    • Use the image to create promotional materials relating to your concert performance(s).
    • Include relevant event information, such as the group or school name, concert dates, and performance locations.
    • Share these promotional materials with third parties involved in the organisation, delivery, or promotion of your tour, including venues, agents, accommodation providers, and local partners.

    These materials may be:
    • Displayed publicly in resort, including at concert venues, hotels, and local noticeboards.
    • Shared digitally where appropriate to support promotion of your concert performance(s).

    You understand that:
    • The image will only be used in connection with the promotion and delivery of your specific concert performance(s) and related tour activities.
    • The image will not be used for wider Rayburn Tours marketing or general promotional purposes unless separate consent has been obtained.
