From your initial enquiry until you return from your trip, our team of experts are with you every step of the way. Simply enquire about a destination you have in mind, and a member of our team will then contact you to discuss your requirements and prepare a quote.

If you’d like to make any amendments, our team will be happy to accommodate. Once you’re happy, it’s time to launch the trip with the help of our party leader launch pack. This includes a personalised presentation detailing your trip and a launch letter to parents.

Next is to book your trip! We can help you complete the required paperwork and set payment schedules, so you and your group can enjoy the buildup to the departure.

Once your booking is confirmed with us, you’ll be assigned a dedicated tour coordinator who will work with you to create your ideal itinerary. Your tour coordinator is available to answer any questions and make the necessary arrangements for your trip. They also compile a final document pack, which can be accessed on the Vamoos app, containing all important information, such as itineraries, student details, and travel documents in one easy-to-access location.

And finally, it’s departure time! Whilst you’re on tour, you’ll have access to our 24-hour emergency phone line, giving you the peace of mind that our team is here if needed.

Safety Management

Your safety is of the utmost importance to us, and we monitor every aspect of it on our tours. This includes your financial security, which is covered by our ABTOT bond, ATOL license and ABTA membership and full travel insurance offered to all groups. We also monitor the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office for travel advice and updates.
