Dom Bennett Ski Staff Rayburn Tours

“I have been working at Rayburn Tours since 2022 in the Ski and Sports sales team, and one of the most rewarding parts of the job is getting to rep ski trips abroad. I’m still working my way through our various resorts, but some highlights so far have been returning to where I first learned to ski in Bormio and multiple trips to Sestriere – my favourite of our resorts due to its amazing ski area, family-run hotels, as well as the logistical ease of the resort.

In terms of my ability on the slopes, I ski rather than Snowboard and love a scenic blue run, but also back myself to get down a black if needed! My favourite resort I’ve been to on a personal ski holiday is Val D’Isere, as the skiing is out of this world and the resort itself has everything you need for a ski holiday.”

Gemma Davis Ski Staff Rayburn Tours

“I’ve been lucky enough to have skied since I was 12, first introduced to the sport by my mum during the first of many unforgettable family ski holidays. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to blend this personal passion with my professional life, exploring a variety of resorts to find the perfect fit for our groups.

One resort that stands out for me is Pinzolo, nestled in the heart of the Italian Dolomites. It’s a charming, picturesque town surrounded by one of the most awe-inspiring mountain ranges in the world. Every slope offers breathtaking views, and despite being a hidden gem, Pinzolo definitely delivers an unforgettable ski experience.”

Jessica Seddon Ski Staff Rayburn Tours

“I’ve been a Ski and Sports Tour Consultant at Rayburn Tours for over three years now, and I absolutely love it! Before joining the team, I completed ski seasons in Whistler and Les Arcs, with holidays to Tignes and Val d’Isère too. Although I didn’t start skiing until I was 21, I quickly fell in love with it!

I’ve had the chance to tour rep in amazing resorts like Sestriere, Santa Caterina, Sauze d’Oulx, Morzine, and Mont Sainte-Anne in Canada. Visiting our resorts, meeting hoteliers, and exploring the areas we send groups to is one of the highlights of my role.

I love chatting with group leaders, whether you’re experienced or planning your first tour. My top recommendation? Morzine! It’s my favourite resort with a great village atmosphere, souvenir shops, ice hockey, and access to both Morzine and Avoriaz areas – perfect for school groups wanting variety and progression.”

Joey Tempest Ski Staff Rayburn Tours

“I joined Rayburn Tours in September 2025, having spent the last 6 years teaching French and Spanish at a secondary school in Buckinghamshire. I decided to join Rayburn because I had the best time taking my students on our annual ski trip and wanted to provide that experience to as many schools as possible!

I am passionate about all things ski and have been skiing since I was 3, completing my instructor training in Canada and also living and working in Andorra, where I was lucky enough to ski 5 times a week! My idea of heaven is exploring off-piste in the deep powder, but I also love tackling a steep black and pootling around the blues and reds. You’ll often find me down a tree chute somewhere!

Out of all of the resorts we have to offer, of course, I am biased to Andorra, but I also love the Dolomites too! I am currently super excited by Baqueira in Spain, as I speak Spanish, and this resort offers a really cool and exciting alternative to ski trips you might have done in the past!”

Joey Tempest – Ski Tour Consultant

Andy Matthews Ski Staff Rayburn Tours

I’ve been working at Rayburn Tours for the past nine years as the Ski, Sport and Adventure Operations Manager, and I’ve been lucky enough to visit most of Rayburn’s resorts in Italy, Austria, Andorra and Switzerland. The next destination to tick off the list will be France!

My top recommendation for a school ski trip is Grandvalira in Andorra. It offers great value, fantastic skiing conditions, and you’ll be surrounded by lots of friendly people. With Andorra la Vella so close by, it’s an excellent option for groups.

My wife is a qualified ski instructor and taught me the skill very early on in our relationship. Ever since then, I’ve become extremely passionate about skiing, and I’m looking forward to teaching our children over the next few years!

Emma Wallen Ski Staff Rayburn Tours

I started working at Rayburn back in 2017, beginning as an apprentice and progressing to a Senior Tour Coordinator for our Ski and Sports Team. The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that you’re arranging a tour which will create lasting memories for students, and when you go on those trips, seeing those students progress in their abilities throughout the week.

Andorra was my first ski trip, and it has a special place in my heart. It’s a lovely, beginner-friendly resort with great après and tax-free shopping too – always a bonus! You’ll find me on a leisurely blue run and after with a hot chocolate in hand, taking full advantage of the stunning mountain views.

Emma Wallen – Senior Tour Coordinator

Eve Cameron Ski Staff Rayburn Tours

I’ve been part of the Ski and Sports Team at Rayburn Tours since April 2023 as a Tour Coordinator. Since joining, I’ve had the opportunity to rep various trips, including those to Andorra, Sestriere and Bormio. I love being able to get out and see our resorts, as it really is the best way to learn about the slopes, accommodation, activities, and local gems! Before joining Rayburn, I took myself to the dry slopes to learn just before heading out on my first rep trip.

As a Tour Coordinator, I take pride in ensuring each trip runs smoothly from start to finish, delivering an enjoyable and memorable ski experience for every group — one that you’ll be talking about long after you’ve returned home! I speak fluent Spanish and Italian, which makes it easy to work with our hotel partners, suppliers and ski team staff in the Alps and the Pyrenees.

My favourite resort is probably Sestriere; however, Andorra also holds a special place in my heart, as it’s the destination I send the most groups to, and the one I’ve visited most often.

Eve Cameron – Tour Coordinator

Kamila Ski Staff Rayburn Tours

I’ve been a Tour Coordinator at Rayburn Tours for over 3 years and Thanks to my family’s deep-rooted ski heritage, I’ve been skiing since as soon as I could walk, and that lifelong passion has grown into a professional commitment to creating unforgettable ski experiences. With plenty of personal experience on the slopes and a strong background in tour coordination, I bring both enthusiasm and precision to every trip I organise.

As your dedicated point of contact, I ensure every detail is handled, from logistics and safety to seamless communication and on-the-ground support. Leaders can trust that I understand the terrain, the rhythm of ski travel, and the needs of both seasoned skiers and newcomers. My goal is to make your job easier, your group confident, and your trip exceptional.

Whether we’re heading to well-known alpine resorts or exploring hidden gems, I’m here to make sure everything runs smoothly, so you can focus on leading, skiing, and enjoying the journey!

Kamila Rotterova – Tour Coordinator

Adam Reed Ski Staff Rayburn Tours

I joined Rayburn Tours in August 2023 as a Tour Coordinator. A few months after starting, I was introduced to skiing, and I instantly fell in love with the sport. Two years later, I now take every opportunity to get out on the slopes and explore as many ski resorts as I can! So far, I’ve been lucky enough to visit several of our Italian resorts, including Tarvisio, Madesimo, and Sestriere. My favourite so far has to be Sestriere, thanks to its amazing ski area and incredibly friendly suppliers.

I really enjoy working with all our suppliers, and being fluent in Italian and Spanish is a significant advantage when it comes to building strong relationships and making a positive impact when our groups arrive at the resort. I love watching the students’ progression throughout the tour; it’s so rewarding to see all the hard work beforehand paying off, and everyone having the best time!
