Today was out last full day and it was packed full of different activities. We left our lovely hotel this morning for the last time. Which was sad as it was a fantastic hotel. The weather in the morning was very wet. And our first stop was a visit to a waterfall. We got quite wet, but it was worth it as we were able to walk behind it. We then visited the famous eyjafjallajökull volcano visited centre. Followed by a trip to a glazier, which was very impressive. Another spectacular waterfall followed after. On our way to Reykjavik we visited an interesting geothermal plant. It provides water and electricity for 99.9% of Reykjavik! Our new hotel is situated here. The trip has gone so fast and I can’t believe it’s almost over. We will be coming home tomorrow afternoon. Thanks for reading these blogs.
