Merchant Taylors’ School: La Bella Vita in Lido di Jesolo & Lake Garda
An Italian Adventure Begins
Earlier this year, young musicians from Merchant Taylors’ School embarked upon a musical two-centre tour to Lido di Jesolo (Venice) and Lake Garda. Whilst Venice is celebrated for its extensive waterways and some of Europe’s most famous sights, Merchant Taylors’ Lake Garda visit showcased the allure of its pretty towns, lakeside piazzas and mountainous scenery.
A Trip With Many, Many Highlights
Trip highlights include performing at the iconic St Mark’s Basilica in Venice, as well as taking in a performance at Verona Opera and exploring the Venetian Lagoon on a boat trip. All in all, this was a concert tour to remember!
