Ski Trip Representatives

A helping hand whilst Out on tour, ensuring your trip runs as smoothly as the slopes!

Organising a school trip is a big task, but with the assistance of our dedicated ski trip specialists, we aim to make it as simple as possible.
But what happens once you’re on tour? That’s where our ski trip representatives come in! We typically include a dedicated representative to support you and to ensure the trip goes to plan, making life that little bit easier.

Our representatives will assist with the practical and logistical arrangements of your tour, and many have the added bonus of being able to speak the local language! In most cases, they will meet you at the resort, but it’s also possible for them to travel to and from the resort with your group.

A Ski Trip Representative Will:

Be familiar with your chosen destination and assist you with all logistics during the tour
Stay with your group for the entire duration of your trip and make sure you get from A to B safely and on time.
Where possible, be a member of the Rayburn Tours team based in our Derby office and therefore have an in-depth understanding of your itinerary.
Are the first point of call for emergencies
Ensure your group has the best time possible!
