FAQs about this tour

Find the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

  • How will we get to Paris?

Your transport will be either by coach or flight – whichever suits you and your tailor-made itinerary. If you take coach, you’ll cross the channel at Dover & Calais.

  • What is the best way to contact you?

Our office is open Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30. If you wish to make an enquiry about a new tour then please call 01332 347828, use our web enquiry form or email us at info@RayburnTours.com.

Whilst groups are out on tour, we do have an emergency number available 24/7 which is provided on all tailor-made itineraries. A member of our team will be on the line for assistance.

  • Are you taking bookings right now and how far ahead should we plan?

Yes, we are absolutely taking bookings! Due to the bespoke nature of our trips, we always recommend you try planning at least a year ahead. We have already taken many bookings for next year and a good amount of groups are choosing to plan even further ahead for 2025/2026, giving them plenty of time to launch the trips to parents and students. Ultimately, the further you can plan ahead, the better.

  • Is insurance included with my trip?

Yes, insurance will be included in your trip quotation as standard unless it is requested not to be. Make sure you check the list of inclusions in your quotation and/or confirmation.
